Unsolicited Messages

Any message sent by unauthorized users are not tolerated by IGN and are considered spam. Please report any abuse ASAP. To report abuse, send us your mobile number, along with the time and date of the message. If you can, please send the content of the message that you are reporting. Upon receiving any complaint, IGN immediately begins an investigation on the reported client. The identities of all individuals involved will remain confidential.

Anti-Spam Policy

All clients agree to the our Terms and Conditions upon registration. IGN can track information on sent messages, including the sender and the contents of the message. Violations of IGN's Anti-Spam policy may result in a warning or possibly termination of the client's services. Termination of a Client's services may extend to future services as well. IGN complies with all state and national laws and regulations with regards to unsolicited text messages and/or spam.

Opting Out/ Unsubscribing/ Removing Mobile Numbers

Users can remove themselves from any client's list at anytime by texting "stop" or "cancel" to the clients number.  Abuse can be reported by Clicking Here. Send us your mobile number, the content of the message (if possible), and the time and date that the message was received. Your mobile number will be removed from the abuser's list.

The terms and conditions set out below (Online Purchasing Terms) apply to online payment for the supply of membership services which are submitted via our online Payment facility at imglobalnow.com (Online Payment Processing). The Online Payment Service is operated by IM GLOBAL NOW LLC.

The use of the Online Payment Service is governed by these Online Payment Terms.

Without limiting the way in which you may become bound by these Online Payment Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these Online Payment Terms by clicking a button on your device, by submitting for final purchase or by accessing the Online Payment Service. 


1.1 You may browse the Online Membership Registration as a guest, but are required to have a paid membership to access services.


2.1 The prices published on the Online Payment Service will apply to the selected services. 

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse an Order or alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was given due to a software malfunction or interference with the Online Payment Service. 


3.1 You must pay for the service at the time of submitting your order using an approved payment method. 

3.2 The payment will be processed by us immediately and will be debited from your account in the timeframe set by your card or account provider. 

3.3 If we are unable to authorize your payment via the selected payment method at check out, you will be alerted and your order will not be processed.

3.4 We have engaged a third-party payment provider to securely process credit/debit card payments and store payment details for account holders. We will not store your credit or debit card information on our servers and will not have direct access to your payment information.

3.5 By clicking submit to process your payment you agree we are authorized to automatically bill this card based on the selected subscription rate. 


4.1 Any complaint must be submitted to us via our contact us page within 48 hours of online-payment. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible on how we propose to rectify your experience. 

4.2 Any decision to grant a refund will be at our discretion (subject to our legal obligations) but we will always work to address any complaints to your satisfaction. We will process any approved refunds within 5 business days of approval.

4.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending written request to cancel via our contact us page.  Once we receive your written request to cancel, our automated bill system will be updated and you will not be billed on your next scheduled due date.


5.1 These Online Payment Terms will apply to the extent permitted by law and none of these terms will be construed as excluding, qualifying or limiting your statutory rights or remedies.


6.1 When you place an Order via the Online Payment Service you will be required to provide us with your personal information, including your full name, your email address, your phone number and your payment information (Information).

6.2 By submitting an Order and giving us your Information, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to us collecting and using your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


We may vary these Online Payment Terms at any time by publishing the revised terms on this website. The amendments will take effect from the next time you visit the Online Payment Service. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must immediately stop using the Online Payment Service and delete your Account (if applicable).
